My name is Lima, I am a graduate of psychobiology from McGill University and a certified fitness coach. I also hold a certification in Sports Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. I’ve been helping my clients realize their fitness goals for more than 5 years.
With my background in behavioral psychology, bikini bodybuilding competitions and triathlon training, I have many experiences to draw upon when it comes to my practice and helping clients become the best versions of themselves.
